Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call requirements include approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks
• Ideal candidates must have experience in both Cath Lab and Angio with scrub experience
• Scrub experience required as 1st assistant to operator
• Perform complex cardiac interventions utilizing equipment such as OCT, IVUS, Rotoblator, Shockwave, drug coated balloons, CTO equipment and techniques
• Handle insertion of Impella CP, RP, 5.5, IABP, Manifold, balloon/stent prep and deployment, pericardiocentesis
• Work with 7 procedure rooms and Philips Azurion systems
• Must be willing to float within site and across the system as requested
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R, OBMI (Oregon state license)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Complete any assigned education within one week of assignment
• Must live more than 50 miles from any Legacy facility
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed with no RTO permitted in first 2 weeks
• Subject to mandatory low census cancellation with 1.5 hours notice

Facility:

This acute care hospital is a 554-bed teaching facility and Level I Trauma center that features a brand new catheterization laboratory in a modern building. The facility offers 7 procedure rooms with state-of-the-art Philips Azurion systems, western-facing windows with scenic views, and dedicated private call rooms with shower facilities for Cath Lab staff. The hospital maintains dedicated EVS/turnover staff seven days per week including overnight coverage and uses Epic charting system with free parking available in unrestricted spaces.
