Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Base location in Fremont with possible floating to Flower and Perrysburg locations
• Every other weekend on-call required at Memorial location as needed
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Adult outpatient work setting experience required
• Perform SRS, SBRT, IGRT, IMRT, Electron, and Conventional treatments
• General skills experience with CBCT/kV/mV imaging
• Pre-treatment experience including CT Simulation, Tumor Localization, Custom molds, and Custom shields
• Work with Eclipse (Varian) treatment planning systems
• Specialty treatment experience with Electron Field, Respiratory Gating/Breath Hold for Left Breast, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Gynecomastia, Prophylactic Treatments, and Benign Brain Tumors
• Work with specialty cancers including Pancreatic cancer, Testicular Cancer, Leukemia, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Graves Disease, Keloids, and Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials
• Linear Accelerator experience with Varian TrueBeam, Varian TrueBeam Edge, and Varian Trilogy required
• Documentation systems experience with ARIA and EPIC required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, Ohio State license
• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Unit accepts first-time travelers
• Dark gray scrubs required
• Local travelers within 50 miles not accepted
• On-call Friday 4:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM every other weekend
