Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work first shift with staggered start times between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM for 4x10 hour days Monday-Friday
• Day off will vary each week (not the same day off consistently)
• Weekend and evening/night on-call rotation required
• Primary and backup call rotation as needed
• Daily caseload of 13-17 procedures
• Minimum 1 year of experience required with travel experience mandatory
• Must have neuro experience including stroke intervention procedures
• Required skills include all IR procedures: stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity procedures, abdominal and pelvic procedures, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access, and neurological studies
• Experience with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment required
• Must be skilled in both neuro/stroke and body procedures
• Minimum 1 year scrub experience with neuro scrub experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT (ARRT Advanced Certification preferred)
• PACS and contrast experience required
• EPIC and McKesson experience preferred
• Hospital orientation required during first week with mandatory daily class attendance
• Scrubs provided
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Cannot work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours per week
• Must complete 8-10 hours of non-billable modules pre-start and annually
