Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ICU
Job Details:
• Critical Care RN position with 2:1 to 3:1 patient ratios
• Must be willing to float to MS/Tele and ER for critical care holds
• Weekend coverage required
• Daily census of 15 patients in 20-bed unit
• Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC or TCAR, NIH, 6 hours total stroke education, EKG course completion
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with travel experience preferred
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Must have experience with neurological and surgical intensive care
• Skills required include arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management, cardiac drip titration, vasoactive drip management, and post-surgical care
• Experience needed with advanced monitoring systems, blood product administration, and emergency medications
• Must be competent in wound care, infection prevention, and isolation precautions
• Local candidates within 50-mile radius not accepted

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
