Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Call one night weekly from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and one weekend every 4 weeks from Friday at 5:00 PM to Monday at 7:00 AM
• Must have strong skills in Ortho, TJA, sports, foot and ankle, Spine, and GYN procedures
• Float required to Surgery Center
• Self-scheduling type
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Epic charting system experience required (minimum 1 year)
• Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of receiving login information
• Orientation is every Monday
• Work in 6 OR rooms covering spine, ortho, general, OB/GYN, urology, and plastics procedures
• Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required skills include general OR procedures, various surgical specialties, and infection control protocols
• May float to other units within the health system as needed based on census
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• One pre-approved time off allowed per contract

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
