Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
• Rotating call and holiday coverage required
• Weekend rotational call responsibilities
• Daily caseload of 10-15 patients
• 1 year of MRI experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT, BLS
• Must have national certification (ARRT) - Virginia state license not required
• Experience with PACS and contrast administration required
• Work with Phillips Ingenia Ambition 1.5T and Siemens Sola 1.5T MRI equipment
• Perform general, MSK, neuro, vascular, and cardiac MR imaging
• Treat patients of all ages including adults, pediatrics, and patients requiring anesthesia and ventilator support
• Handle patients with conditional implants
• Use Sectra PACS, Epic Radiant EMR, and Care Logistics software
• Scrub color: Caribbean blue
• Complete up to 8 hours of non-billable modules within 1 week of signing
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted at same rate

This 431-bed short-term acute care facility serves as a Level II Trauma Center and primary stroke center. The MRI department is accredited by the American College of Radiology and features state-of-the-art imaging technology including Phillips and Siemens MRI systems with advanced capabilities. The facility provides comprehensive imaging services for inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, and observation patients, with 24/7 radiologist coverage for immediate final results.
