Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Daily caseload of 10-15 cases per tech
• On-call required as needed (10 shifts monthly)
• 2 years of experience required, first-timers accepted
• Must have STEMI experience with 500 hours and interventional radiology experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS, ARRT Advanced Cert
• Must be skilled in scrub and monitor procedures
• Experience required in balloon angioplasty, stents, filter placement, left/right heart catheterization
• Upper and lower extremity IR experience required
• Must have experience with cardiac cath lab procedures, pacemaker implants, and STEMI programs
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Hybrid interventional lab performing interventional radiology, pacemaker implants, and cardiac cath procedures
• Florida license or compact license required
• Must live at least 100 miles from facility location
• No floating to sister facilities required

The department handles a wide range of procedures including dialysis access management, vertebroplasty, nephrostomy, gastrostomy tubes, and various angiographic procedures, serving patients across multiple age groups with specialized cardiovascular and interventional services.
