Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Varied 8-hour shifts starting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• On-call coverage required after 5:00 PM daily and weekends with primary and backup call rotation
• Weekend call rotation shared between 6-7 staff members
• Must have neuro interventional experience required
• Handle 15-20 cases daily in a 3-room department
• Work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Perform neuro interventional procedures: stroke thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, aneurysm stenting, AVM embolization, and carotid stenting
• Conduct line access procedures including port placements, PICC placement, and dialysis catheter placement
• Perform peripheral and body angiography using Siemens IR rooms
• Required certifications: ARRT VI, ARRT R, BLS, SC Radiography State License
• Skills required: Interventional Radiology, PACS, NICU, Peds, Trauma, ER experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• 24-hour orientation provided
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours
• May be required to float to other qualified units as needed
