Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 26-week assignment with ASAP start date
• Call requirements: approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks
• Must be experienced in both Cath Lab and Angio with scrub experience required
• Serve as first assistant to operator for complex cardiac interventions
• Work with equipment including OCT, IVUS, Rotoblator, Shockwave, drug coated balloons, CTO equipment
• Handle insertion of Impella CP, RP, 5.5, IABP, Manifold procedures
• Perform balloon/stent prep and deployment, pericardiocentesis
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R, OBMI (Oregon state license)
• Must be willing to float within site and across the system as requested
• Complete any assigned education within one week of assignment
• Scrubs provided for position
• Work in brand new lab with 7 rooms featuring Philips Azurion systems
• Dedicated EVS/turnover staff available 7 days per week including overnight
• Chart using Epic system
• Must not live within 50 miles of any Legacy facility

This acute care hospital operates as a Level I Trauma center with 554 staffed beds and maintains Magnet designation as a teaching facility. The facility features a brand new catheterization laboratory with 7 rooms equipped with state-of-the-art Philips Azurion systems and western-facing windows. The organization provides dedicated private call rooms with showers specifically for Cath Lab staff and offers comprehensive cardiac intervention services with specialized equipment and dedicated support staff.
