Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• First shift with call, staggered start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM for 8 hours/day Monday-Friday
• 13-week contract assignment
• Weekends and evenings/nights on call rotation required
• Primary call rotation approximately every 4 weeks and weekend coverage every 5th-6th weekend
• Back-up call approximately 7 days (including weekend) every 9 weeks
• Daily caseload of 13-17 patients
• Minimum 1 year of scrub experience required, with neurological procedures experience
• Travel experience required - does not accept first-time travelers
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT
• Advanced ARRT certification preferred
• Must have experience with vascular studies/procedures and neuro experience including stroke and body work
• Required skills include all IR procedures: stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephrograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abdominal and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access and neurological studies
• Experience with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment required
• PACS and contrast experience required
• Epic and Visage experience preferred
• Must be available for hospital orientation during first week
• Scrubs provided
• Interview required before offer
