RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 48 hours per week commitment
• Night shift schedule
• Patient ratio of 1:7 with team nursing support from PCC and additional RNs
• On-call availability required as needed
• Weekend coverage required as needed
• Floating between like units and campuses within 20 miles may occur but will be rare
• 2+ years recent Medical Surgical experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Travel experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• No first-time travelers accepted unless they have 3+ years recent experience
• Must live at least 100 miles from facility (strict local rule)
• Active RN license in state or compact license required
• ADN acceptable (BSN not required for this position)
• Cerner experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) if they fall during assignment
• All time off requests must be included at time of submission
• Copy of driver's license required at time of submittal
