RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 schedule or 40 hours for 8/10 schedule
• 2 weekends per month required
• Float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, South, Tradition)
• Minimum 18 months experience required, 2 years preferred
• At least 2 years of ER experience required
• Epic experience at level 3 or 4 required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at submission), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• White scrubs required
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Complete non-billable modules averaging 6-15 hours pre-start and annually
• Skills include arterial line management, dysrhythmia management, central line care, IV vasopressors, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, gunshot wounds, and traumatic amputation care
• No pending certifications accepted
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
• Free parking available in unrestricted spaces
