RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - CVICU

Job Details:

• Work in a 17-bed ICU/CSICU caring for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
• Maintain patient ratios of 2:1 during days, nights, and weekends
• Weekend coverage required with 12 weekend shifts per contract
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience with previous charge experience required
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (ACLS within first six months of employment)
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License required
• ADN required, BSN preferred
• CRRT experience preferred
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Must have open heart recovery skills and experience with specialized equipment including IABP, ECMO, and Impella Heart Pump
• Care for cardiovascular patients post-surgery including CABG, valve repair/replacement, and various vascular interventions
• Experience required with advanced therapies, continuous IV drips, ventilator management, and cardiac monitoring
• Community hospital and Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
