RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Must have 18 months of permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel assignments
• Must have 18 months of recent pediatric experience (travel experience will suffice)
• Experience required in epilepsy monitoring and specialized care for patients up to 25 years of age
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS, EKG, and inotropes (NIHSS preferred)
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked
• One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required for submission
• Complete pre-start modules (4 hours billable, average 6-15 hours total)
• Complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date
• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
