RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Every other weekend requirement
• Must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays and other future holidays during contract
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6
• 2 years minimum experience required with medical/surgical telemetry skills
• Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Required certifications: BLS and NIH
• Must be comfortable with gender affirmation surgery patient population
• Cerner documentation experience preferred
• Previous travel assignment preferred but will consider first-time travelers with Cerner proficiency
• Required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels
• Navy blue scrubs required (not provided by facility)
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of contract signing
• Two supervisor references required
