Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, SQRSA South Carolina License
• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• Perform X-ray procedures in multiple departments including Emergency Department, NICU, Operating Room, Pediatric Acute Care, and PICU
• Conduct various imaging procedures including barium enemas, upper GI series, contrast enemas, and portable procedures
• Operate Siemens diagnostic equipment and C-Arms
• Work in inpatient/outpatient level 1 children's hospital environment
• Perform fluoroscopy, portable imaging, OR procedures, and ED imaging
• Experience with PACS system required
• Handle bedside/portable procedures including chest, abdomen, and orthopedic imaging
• 8 hours of orientation provided
• Complete approximately 4 hours of non-billable modules pre-start
• May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
• South Carolina license must be active before reporting to facility
