Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms, exercise and Dobutamine stress echo, transesophageal echocardiograms, bubble and contrast studies
• Monday-Friday schedule with variable start times from 7:15 AM to 8:30 AM
• Sunday-Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday schedule
• May potentially take on-call shifts occasionally
• Float to other campuses if needed when census is low
• Work with patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Daily census of approximately 45 patients
• Work in 4-room, 4-bed unit
• Required certifications: RDCS or RCS, BLS (must be AHA certified)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• Complete orientation modules through e-learning (average 1-5 hours)
• Skills include 2-D Echo, 3-D Echo, Color Doppler, TEE, stress echo procedures, and ICU/ED procedures
