Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Handle daily caseload of 20-30 cases per tech
• On-call requirements: 8-10 call days per month with one Saturday work per month
• Call requires 30-minute response time to arrive at hospital with on-call sleep rooms available
• Weekend coverage required with minimum of 2 weekends working per month
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• 1+ years of vascular experience required, first-timers accepted
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, Florida license
• Skills required: PACS, Contrast, Biopsies, Stents, Ablations, Angioplasty, Angiograms, Nephogram, Kyphoplasty, Peripherals, Upper and Lower extremity, Abd and Pelvic, Vascular studies, Neurological studies, Stroke thrombolectomy IR experience
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Work with 4 procedure rooms (3 with biplane), 3 Siemens and 1 GE equipment
• Treat stroke intervention, neurointerventions, PE thrombectomy & thrombolysis, DVT interventions, pain management procedures, oncology procedures including Y-90, MAAs, chemoembolizations
• Dress code: Black or Navy scrubs
• Must live at least 100 miles from facility location

This is a Level II Trauma and Level I Pediatric Trauma center operating as a short-term acute care facility with 615 total staffed beds. The facility features a comprehensive interventional radiology department with 4 procedure rooms equipped with advanced imaging technology including biplane systems. The organization provides a wide range of specialized services treating complex cases from stroke interventions to oncology procedures, maintaining high standards for patient care across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.
