RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend requirements
• On-call required up to one call day per week (call during weekdays starts at 5:00 PM)
• 1-2 call days per week; 1 call weekend every 5 weeks
• Patient ratio of 1:1 with daily census of 1:1
• Average 5 visits per day in 9-room, 9-bed unit
• 2 years of OR experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• South Carolina or Multi State/Compact RN license required
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• First time travelers accepted
• 8 hours of orientation provided
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Hospital-issued scrubs provided for OR
• Must complete pre-start modules averaging 4 hours (non-billable)
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks as guaranteed hours
• Float within scope not required
• Local radius of 60 miles (locals accepted at reduced rate)
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Extensive surgical skills required including robotic surgery, trauma procedures, and specialty surgeries

The organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes Epic charting systems throughout their operations.
