RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - SICU

Job Details:

• 2:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
• Every other weekend (EOW) schedule required
• No call requirements
• Expected to work holidays as needed, including 1 of 2 major upcoming holidays
• May float to all ICU floors
• Maximum 7 days request time off (RTO)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Care for adult and geriatric patients in 10-bed unit
• Manage patients with complex conditions including vascular surgeries, necrotizing fasciitis, and complex abdominal surgeries
• Work with specialized equipment including CRRT and Wound Vac
• Handle arterial line management, central line care, ventilated patients, and vasoactive drips
• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours to complete)
• Manager interview required
• Clinical pre-screening process
