Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• No on-call requirements
• No weekend requirements
• No floating between service lines or sister facilities
• First-time travelers accepted with 0 years minimum experience required
• Patient ratio of 6 patients with daily census of 40 and 45 visits per day
• Work with 2 treatment rooms treating adult and geriatric patients
• Handle all cancer types and treatments excluding pediatrics
• Perform IMRT/VMAT, SBRT, and 3D treatments
• Required certifications: ARRT(T) Radiation Therapist, BLS
• South Carolina state license through SCRQSA required
• Must provide own radiation badge (agency must supply - facility does not provide)
• Blue scrubs preferred, any color accepted
• Use Aria charting system
• Free on-site parking available
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Open to accommodating block schedules
• Complete 4 hours of non-billable modules pre-start
• Must be aware of hurricane season emergency response team assignments (June-November)
