Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts per week in block scheduling format
• Primarily daylight shifts with second shift rotation approximately every 4th week
• Day shift hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Second shift hours: 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
• Every third weekend coverage required with 4 weekend shifts per contract
• 40 hours of orientation required
• 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS
• Must have experience with Cerner charting system
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Valid PA License or Compact License required at time of submission
• May be required to float within hospital and to sister facilities within 10-mile radius
• Work with patients of all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Perform various imaging procedures including chest X-rays, portable imaging, trauma cases, contrast studies, and specialized procedures
• Work with PACS systems and various imaging equipment including Philips and Siemens
• Must complete fingerprinting within 24-48 hours of signing and drug screening within same timeframe
• All travelers must clock in/out using badge with supervisor sign-off required on timesheets
