Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Outpatient location at Baptist Easley
• Required call rotation at hospital location one night per week from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend call coverage from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Saturday and Sunday nights, rotating approximately every 4th weekend
• Must have ARRT MR and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field required
• Must have at least one year of EPIC experience
• Dress code requires hunter green scrubs
• Required to float to other units or campuses as needed based on qualifications and documented competencies
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Work with patients of all age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various MRI procedures including brain, spine, extremities, and contrast studies
• Handle image post-processing and work with PACS system
• Must be comfortable starting peripheral IVs and administering contrast media
