Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• 1 year of current and strong interventional radiology experience required
• ARRT(R) certification required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• One weeknight call and rotation of call every 4-5 weeks
• Call schedule: 1-2 nights per week, every 3-4 weekends
• Float between Haymarket and Prince William Medical Center as needed
• Provide care to patients undergoing peripheral vascular and interventional procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Perform various procedures including angiography, angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, and vascular interventions
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Epic charting system experience required with test-out option available
• High School Diploma and Associates Degree required
• Graduate of accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program or Radiological Technologist Program required
• VA license or compact license must be in-hand
• One reference required for submission
• Equipment setup, room circulation, and maintaining sterile field responsibilities
