Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Choose between two shift options: 4 ten-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with day off after call) or 5 eight-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Call requirement: one night per week and every 5th weekend
• Float required to other units as needed
• Work on the Neuro team with neuro experience preferred but not required
• Must have 2 years of experience in interventional radiology and special procedures
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, ACLS, and South Carolina license
• ARRT VI certification preferred
• Must have 1 year of EPIC documentation system experience
• Work with Omnicell medication system
• Travel experience required
• Perform procedures including mechanical thrombectomy, cerebral angiograms, carotid stent placement, and cerebral aneurysm coiling
• Provide moderate sedation and critical care RN role experience
• Monitor patient vitals and work with patients experiencing subarachnoid hemorrhage
• Work in Neuro Endovascular Department within comprehensive stroke center
• Care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of contract signing
