RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 schedule Monday through Friday with rotating day off
• Day shift hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Function as OR Circulating RN covering an operating room
• Work in any surgical service line except cardiovascular, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery
• Minimum 2 years of experience as OR Circulating RN required
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
• On-call responsibilities include minimal weekend call with proportional rotation of late stays (usually 2-3 times per month)
• No weekend requirements for regular shifts
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Tennessee nursing license in hand required with submission
• Complete orientation modules averaging 2-4 hours (5 hours maximum)
• Time off requests must be submitted prior to finalizing placement agreement
• Expected to work some holidays during assignment
• Local candidates within 25-mile radius not accepted
