RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Patient ratios based on acuity
• Float within scope to meet facility and department needs
• 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with emergency room experience
• SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association only)
• Preferred certifications: CPI and TNCC
• Epic experience required
• Guaranteed hours with facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Care for all patient age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Handle approximately 130 visits per day in 37-room emergency department
• Work with specialized equipment including Belmont and ultrasound
• Complete non-billable modules averaging 4 hours pre-start
• May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
