RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - PACU

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Call coverage required every 3rd day with rotating weekend coverage every 3rd weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
• 3-5 years of OR setting experience required
• Both OR Circulator and PACU experience preferred
• CERNER electronic health record experience required
• Handle average of 6-8 OR cases per day
• Case breakdown: 96% GI Endoscopy and EGD, 2-4 Orthopedic cases, 1-3 General Surgery cases, 2-3 Podiatry cases, 2-3 OBGYN cases
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Must demonstrate positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay late when needed
• 2 years minimum experience required for specialty assignment
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• References required with 2 years in specialty being submitted for
• Return staff policy requires 1 year absence to return as traveler
