RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required (first-time travelers accepted)
• Care for adult to geriatric patient population
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience required with management of dysrhythmias, central line care/management, IV vasopressors, CPAP/BiPAP, ventilated patients, and triage
• Utilize Pyxis and Epic systems
• Navy blue scrub color required
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• Work every other weekend unless otherwise specified
• Float within facility/scope of practice and possibly to sister campus
• No call requirements
• Holiday work requirements based on number of major holidays during assignment period
• Must be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing contract
• Full compliance required to start on time with 2-week push back if not compliant due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
• Non-billable orientation hours determined by contract length
• Modules completed during orientation and vary by specialty
