RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Patient ratios of 1:5-6 throughout all shifts
• Every other weekend requirement
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and between like units
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS; NIH preferred
• Tele competency required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Epic charting system
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Block schedule accommodation requests can be submitted but not guaranteed
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including diabetes, hypertension, CAD, seizures, CVA, TIA, and chronic renal disease
• Skills include telemetry monitoring, cardiac care, wound management, IV therapy, and various specialized procedures
