RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - OR Float Pool

Job Details:

• Must have Michigan license in hand before starting
• Required to float to Hickman as needed
• On call required: 2-4 weekday calls and 1-2 weekends of call per 6-week period
• Must have teamwork approach and meet behavioral expectations
• Must adhere to strictly enforced call off policy
• Work with patients of all age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Facility runs 4-6 operating rooms daily with 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient cases
• Must have experience in at least 5 of the following specialties: general, orthopedic spine and joints, urology, endoscopy, neurology, gynecology, bariatrics, and ENT
• Work with specialties including general, GYN, orthopedics, ENT, urology, endoscopy, neurology, and pain management
• Experience with Xi robotics required, Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Must wear green scrubs
• Work with special equipment including Hana table, Jackson table, Olympus endoscopy equipment, and Storz video equipment
• Facility has 2 Xi robots used in multiple specialties
• Unit accepts first-time travelers
• No local candidates accepted within 50 miles
