Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 40 hours per week with no weekend coverage required
• Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, SC Radiation Therapist State License
• Skills needed: Adult Outpatient, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Management/lead experience, Pediatric Outpatient, Radiation Safety
• Treat patients of various age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Handle approximately 45 patient visits per day
• Work with 2 treatment machines and variety of external beam setups and diagnoses
• Must be willing to float to other units when qualified and competent
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Pre-assignment testing and modules required within 48 hours of contract signing
• Modules are billable up to 16 hours and completed annually
• Orientation occurs every Monday
