Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
MRI Tech - MRI Tech
Job Details:
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted based on experience level
• Work with patient population from adolescents to geriatrics
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT R
• Work in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room settings
• PACS and contrast skills required
• Operate 1 MRI room with GE equipment
• Use Epic, Pyxis, and GE unit systems
• Scrub color requirement: Caribbean Blue
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• Work every other weekend unless specified elsewhere
• May float to Main Campus (Piedmont Augusta Hospital)
• Call requirements: 1 call week every 5th week in rotation with Main Campus
• Holiday requirements: Work major holidays that fall during assignment period as specified
• Full compliance required to start on time; 2-week pushback if not compliant due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
• Clinical screening required to determine clinical fit
• Non-billable orientation hours determined by contract length

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
