Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour night shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Tuesday through Friday
• Holiday rotation required
• First week may include day shift orientation before transitioning to regular schedule
• On-call responsibilities included with 1-hour response time requirement
• On-call schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, weekends 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Float to other pediatric imaging locations for critical staffing coverage as needed
• May float to other buildings on same campus when required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS
• Operating room and C-arm experience required with additional training available
• O-arm experience preferred with training provided
• Trauma experience preferred but not required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Must provide own radiation badge through agency
• South Carolina license must be in hand prior to start
• Scrub attire: Teal top with black bottoms
• Epic charting system
• 8-hour orientation provided
• Work with various patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• Perform procedures including portable X-rays, fluoroscopy, operating room imaging, and emergency department coverage
• Use Siemens diagnostic equipment and C-arms
• Hurricane season assignment to emergency response teams may be required June through November
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

This is a comprehensive pediatric teaching hospital and Level 1 trauma center with Magnet designation. The facility operates 865 staffed beds and provides specialized care for children from neonates through adolescents. The imaging department offers advanced diagnostic services including inpatient and outpatient radiology, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, operating room support, and emergency department coverage. The hospital maintains state-of-the-art Siemens diagnostic equipment and emphasizes high-quality patient care with comprehensive training and orientation programs.

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
