Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with rotating late shifts
• No weekends and no call requirements
• Must be available for rotating late shifts when cases extend into evening
• Must work one holiday per 13-week contract in rotation with staff
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R) with Virginia state license OR CCI RCES/RCIS
• Must have EP Lab experience and EP mapping skills
• Proficient in sterile technique, EKG lead placement, dysrhythmia recognition and interpretation
• Experience required with: Fluoroscopy, Siemens, Ultrasound, Phillips, Carto Ensite, Cardiolab
• Knowledge of isolation precautions, equipment handling, and supply management required
• Must live minimum 50 miles from facility per driver's license address
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Work with adult patients in electrophysiology procedures
• Perform cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, and pacemaker insertion procedures
• Maintain sterile field and assist with vascular closure systems
