RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 4x10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call coverage required for off-shift, weekends, and holidays with 30-minute response time
• Must have Cath Lab and IR experience
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• Skills include interventional radiology, angioplasty, carotid stenting, upper and lower extremity angiography
• Experience with interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, pressure ulcer assessment/prevention
• Proficiency in sheath removal/monitoring, vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose)
• Knowledge of radiation and laser safety, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale
• Floating to other units as needed
• Weekend and holiday coverage as required
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours to complete)
• Manager interview required after clinical screening
• Clean nursing license required with no license hits accepted
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
