Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Work with adult to geriatric patient population
• Average daily census of 8 patients
• BLS certification required
• Skills include accessing/managing ports, angioplasty, aortography, central venous access, EVAR, hybrid OR, interventional radiology, PACS, special procedures, and TEVAR
• Work every other weekend unless specified elsewhere
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Call requirements: 10 days per month
• Holiday work required based on assignment period (work 1 holiday if 1 falls during assignment, work both if 2 fall during assignment, work 2 of 3 if 3 fall during assignment)
• Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• Spring Break blackout dates: April 4th-12th
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Use Epic, Pyxis, and PACS systems
• Full compliance required to start on time with bi-weekly orientation schedule
• Clinical screen required for final approval

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
