Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Handle daily caseload of 20-30 procedures per tech
• Weekend coverage required with minimum of 2 weekends working per month
• On-call responsibilities required with calls varying based on department needs
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• Must have 1 year of vascular experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, Florida license
• PACS, contrast, and biopsy skills required
• Experience required with stents, ablations, angioplasty, angiograms, nephogram, kyphoplasty, peripherals, upper and lower extremity procedures, abdominal and pelvic procedures, vascular studies, neurological studies, and stroke thrombectomy
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Must maintain sterile technique and equipment setup
• Work with 4 procedure rooms (3 have biplane, 3 Siemens and 1 GE)
• Treat wide variety of cases including stroke intervention, neurointerventions, PE thrombectomy & thrombolysis, DVT interventions, pain management procedures, and oncology procedures
• Scrub color: Black or Navy
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Must live at least 100 miles from facility (radius rule applies)
• Smoke-free facility
