Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Work 2x16 hour shifts Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM
• No call requirement
• Float requirement to NHRMC and NH Scotts Hill Medical Center as needed
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT MR
• Must be competent in adult outpatient, ER/trauma, and various MRI procedures including abdomen, pelvis, breast, chest, brain, and extremity imaging
• Experience with contrast media preparation/administration and starting peripheral IVs required
• Must be proficient with GE and Siemens equipment
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Royal blue scrubs required
• 12 hours of unit orientation plus hospital orientation during first week
• Must be available for orientation classes daily from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Expected to work Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team during catastrophic events
• Blocked scheduling type
• Patient ratio of 1:1 with approximately 16 visits per day
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
• Up to 7 days RTO auto approved (no holidays), no additional RTO requests after signing
