RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work as hospital float pool staff with floating required throughout the hospital including Emergency Department
• 2 years of experience required - unit accepts first time travelers
• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No call responsibilities
• No block schedule requests accepted
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Must work holidays if they fall during assignment period (1-2 holidays = work all, 3 holidays = work 2)
• Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Skills required: Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Management of dysrhythmias, Starting and maintaining IVs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips
• Georgia or Compact license required at time of submission
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• Full compliance required to start on time
