RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work five 8-hour day shifts
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Must have 2 years of OR experience required
• General surgery and gynecology experience required
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Experience with 14 room OR environment preferred
• Call required: 3 weeknights and 2 weekends in 6 weeks
• Float required
• Must be available to work two out of three holidays, including surrounding days
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Preferred certification: CNOR
• Blue scrubs required
• Work with DaVinci Xi and Ion Robot systems
• Preferred skills include bariatrics, vascular, thoracic, ENT, endoscopic procedures, neurology, and ophthalmology
• 40-hour orientation provided
• Daily census of 38-47 patients
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Handle various surgical specialties including general, ENT, robotic, urology, thoracic, vascular, gynecology, plastics, neurology, orthopedics, dental, and podiatry procedures
