RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour day shifts with rotating weekend call coverage
• Average 10-12 shifts per month with call required approximately 10 days per 6 weeks
• Every other Friday and Monday off when not scheduled for weekend call shift
• On-call average 2 weekends in 6 weeks
• Required to float to JMH and Cath Lab Holding when needed
• 5 years of experience required with charge experience mandatory
• No first-time travelers accepted
• Work settings experience required in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab
• Required certifications: AHA BLS/ACLS
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Work with adult patients in 3-room, 8-bed unit with daily census of 10
• Perform diagnostic catheterizations, PCI, PV cases, and pacemaker implants
• Participate in nursing student support and clinical education
• 40 hours of orientation including 16 hours of nonbillable orientation
• Must maintain permanent residence 100+ miles from hospital service area
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Drug test must be completed within 12-14 calendar days prior to start
