Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts with schedule options of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM based on facility needs
• Weekend coverage required with 4 weekend shifts per contract
• Block scheduling type with patient ratios of 4 during days, 2 during nights, and 3 on weekends
• Required to work every other holiday
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Float within hospital when needed and may be asked to float to sister facilities within 10-mile radius
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS (AHA)
• Valid PA License or Compact License required
• Must complete fingerprinting within 24-48 hours of signing
• Must complete drug screen and labs within 24-48 hours to avoid delays
• All travelers must be cleared by Wednesday before start date
• Clock in/out using badge with supervisor-signed timesheets required
• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform extensive range of imaging procedures including chest X-rays, extremity imaging, spinal imaging, contrast studies, and trauma cases
