Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology

Job Details:

• Hours may vary depending on work load
• Work in 3 room unit serving inpatient, outpatient and ER patients
• See 13-15 patients per day
• Patient ratio of 4:1 experience required
• Call required on weeknights and weekends
• 32 hours of orientation provided
• Floating is 100% required within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
• Must work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 2 years of experience required
• IV starts and PACS experience required
• Required procedure experience: Cardiac, Bone Scan, Liver/Spleen Scan, Lung Scan, Thyroid Studies, Tumor Localization, Myocardial
• Preferred procedure experience: Brain Scan, Renal Flow, SPECT
• Documentation using Cerner charting system
• Equipment: Siemens preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT N or NMTCB
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Community hospital experience required
• Will accept first-time travelers
