Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Flexible scheduling options: 5x8 hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, occasionally 9:00 AM-6:00 PM) or 4x10 hours with staggered shifts
• 4x10 shift options: 7:00 AM-5:30 PM or 8:00 AM-6:30 PM with 30-minute lunch break
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• No call requirements or weekend coverage
• Floating required between two clinical sites within Wilmington, NC coastal region (maximum 30-minute drive)
• Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team assignment required during catastrophic events
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience
• Required certifications: ARRT T and BLS
• Required skills include: Adult Acute Care, CT Simulation, Custom Molds, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, External Beam Therapy, IMRT, ARIA system, Varian equipment operation
• Will NOT be expected to cut blocks, perform CT sims alone, or perform dose calculations
• Always paired with at least one other therapist - never work alone
• MD and RN always on-site throughout the day
• Royal blue scrubs required (not provided)
• No orientation or dimensions training required - can start directly in clinic
