RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• 13-week assignment duration
• Work in pre-operative unit preparing patients for surgical procedures
• Assess patients' pre-surgical status and readiness for procedures
• Coordinate with surgical teams and anesthesia providers
• Provide patient education regarding pre-operative procedures and expectations
• Monitor vital signs and document patient conditions
• Ensure proper surgical site preparation and verification procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control protocols
• Support patients and families during pre-operative process
