RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work in Level I Emergency Department with 2 years of experience required
• Care for admitted patients waiting in ED due to bed availability, either in designated area or possibly in hallway
• Patient ratios for ER holding are 6:1
• May be assigned to acute care area if no patients being boarded (rare occurrence)
• Work every other weekend and some holidays
• Required certification: ACLS
• Must have acute care/Med Surg Tele experience
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• Open to accommodating block schedule
• Must have prior Cerner charting experience
• Tennessee license or compact license required at time of submittal
• 2 references required (can be pending at submission)
• Complete non-billable modules averaging 2-4 hours during orientation and annually
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
