RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• 1-2 days of call weekly and every 5th weekend
• Must be able to both circulate and scrub
• Must be comfortable with C-sections
• Work in General, GYN, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, and Endoscopy procedures
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Minimum 3 years OR experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• No weekend scheduled hours
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• No floating to other units
• Block schedules not accommodated
• Must have North Carolina license or compact state license in hand at time of submittal
• 3 references required
• Work with patients of all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Use CPSI charting system
• Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
