RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Every other weekend requirement
• Must work designated holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6
• 2 years minimum Med Surg/Telemetry experience required
• Must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Required certifications: BLS and NIH
• Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity
• Must be comfortable with gender affirmation surgery patient population
• Navy blue scrubs required (not provided by facility)
• Cerner documentation experience preferred
• Previous travel assignment preferred but will consider first-time travelers with excellent references
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with post-operative focus and other medical diagnoses
• Unit has telemetry capability with monitor techs monitoring patient telemetry
• 48-bed unit with daily census of 48 patients
