Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Outpatient setting performing both echo and vascular procedures
• Minimum 2 years experience required - no first time travelers accepted
• Must be registered by either ARDMS or CCI with RDCS and RVT or RCS and RVS certifications
• Adult experience required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Experience with PACS and Philips equipment preferred
• 8 hours of orientation provided
• Perform approximately 8 visits per day in 2-room facility
• Zero tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Must complete compliance requirements by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date
• Required to pass Pass/Fail EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
• Procedures include: Abdominal Aorta, Aorta, Arterial Graft Studies, Carotid, Color Flow, Doppler Studies, Duplex, Lower Extremity Arterial & Venous, M-Mode, Renal Artery Duplex, Transcranial Doppler, Upper Extremity Arterial & Venous
• Subject to float to any campus within the health system if needed
• 50-mile local radius restriction applies
